OMG Associates
OMG utilizes a team approach when partnering with its clients. The OMG In-House Team identifies the client's expected outcomes, needs, and jointly develops a plan of action. Based upon this understanding and action plan, the OMG In-House team identifies an OMG Associate Team to ensure the right people are working on the right assignments that will result in the desired results.
 Who is an OMG Associate?
An individual who has experience and expertise in at least one of the OMG service areas and has met OMG's Associate selection criteria. OMG subcontracts with this individual when projects are available that meet his/her expertise and skills.
What is expected of an OMG Associate?
OMG Associates are expected to attend OMG Associate Meetings and adhere to OMG Associate Best Practices.
How many Associates does OMG currently have?
OMG utilizes twenty diverse, creative, and competent Associates. They bring combined expertise in areas such as communication, cultural competence, evaluation, facilitation, financial management, graphic design, information systems, marketing research, research, software engineering, strategic planning, and training.
How can you become an OMG Associate?
To become an OMG Associate, you must complete an Associate Application form, and participate in an interview with the OMG President and other In-House Team members as appropriate.
