OMG HistoryIn 1994, Dr. Patricia Larkins Hicks founded The Outcomes Management Group, Ltd. in Wayne, PA. Her passion and commitment to achieving results coupled with her work in healthcare outcomes measurement lead her to the company's name.Initially, Dr. Hicks operated out of her home office (65 Main Street). Upon relocating to Columbus, Ohio, she leased an office space at 786 S. Front Street. After her move to Columbus, Dr. Clayton Hicks joined her as a business partner and the company moved from a sole proprietorship structure to a Limited Partnership. OMG's initial clients included Dr. Hicks' former professional colleagues including NovaCare, Inc., American Speech-Language-Hearing Association, National Black Association for Speech-Language and Hearing Professionals, State Speech& Hearing Associations, and Manor Care. OMG now occupies its office in the Penthouse Suites, 85 E. Gay Street, downtown Columbus (OH). OMG has contracted with over 150 clients in both the public and private sectors. OMG utilizes state of the art technology including its multimedia communication products. Assisting OMG with its work is 20 diverse Associates. In 2011, OMG launched its “OMG Knows B.E.S.T.” web broadcast. |
