Prior to beginning any work, OMG seeks to understand our clients’ desired results. When working on a strategic planning initiative, OMG builds upon the understanding of the client’s current state, and facilitates creating a future that is in concert with the client’s Mission and Values, and positions the client for achieving positive outcomes.

At the heart of OMG’s planning process, we consider the culture of the client, consumers, customers and other stakeholders. Additionally, OMG utilizes state of the art technology to facilitate an efficient planning process.

Outcomes drive the planning process, and subsequently OMG focuses the client on integrating measurement into the plan. This allows the client to determine the costs and benefits while planning, and provides a mechanism for determining performance against plan during implementation.

Once the strategic plan is finalized, it is packaged in a 4-color, user-friendly format that is easily understood and customized to meet our clients’ needs.
