OMG provides its clients with a variety of customized training opportunities that ensures participants gain the knowledge and skills needed to achieve their desired results. OMG focuses its training to include opportunities for participants to interact, build relationships, brain storm, problem solve, and learn while having fun! |
When OMG facilitates a training session for clients, the training is customized to recognize and appreciate the different cultures of the organization, consumers, customers, and other key stakeholders.
After the training is completed, OMG is committed to demonstrating the client’s return on its training investment. OMG provides personal tracking tools and conducts a program evaluation to measure its success. Additionally, OMG partners with the client to determine other client-specific measures that can link training results to satisfaction, productivity, quality, savings and/or enhanced revenues.
